We understand that when you make an order, you want your parts as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! 

We try to keep our products on stock, but sometimes due to high volumes of orders we need to manufacture some per order. You will be notified after you place an order if additional time is required to manufacture parts you ordered. 
We aim to ship all customers orders out in 5-8 working days from your order (working days are Monday-Friday).

All prices on our website are shown in Euros.  You can use currency conventor on our SHOP pages to convert prices to US dollars.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within few hours of an item shipping.  

All order from EU based customers are shipped using DHL Economy Service while for International orders we use Austrian Post Priority Service. You can see approx. transit times for both couriers in the tables below.

 Returns / Exchanges

  • Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
  • International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Carbon2race upon delivery will be rejected.

 

Damaged Goods

  • If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact your local shipping carrier immediately, and file a Damaged Goods claim. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we will assist our customers with these claims to the best of its ability, so make sure you contact us too.
