How can I make an order?

You can make an order through our SHOP page. If you don’t want to go through the registration process you can also make an order directly through email or by calling us.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept Paypal and bank (wire) transfer. You can also pay with your credit card through Paypal.

What is the delivery time?

We try hard to keep our items in stock, so we can ship the immediatelly. But due to high volume of orders, sometimes items are not in stock. We will immediatelly notify you, how long will the production take.

How do I track my order?

Once your item has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you know when to expect your order.

What if I am not at home when my parcel is being delivered?

If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt.

My product was shipped to me damaged. What should I do?

Your product can be shipped to you from your dealer, or directly from Carbon2race. We examine and double-pack every item before shipping. However handling can be awkward, and sometimes delivery staff do not handle them carefully. We must count on the consignee to examine the product’s condition upon receipt. If you notice any serious damage on the package, do not open the package without the supervision of the delivery staff, so we will be able to file a potential claim with the delivery company.

There is no official standard to grade carbon fiber products.

Because of the way carbon fiber products are made, there can be a quite big difference on the quality among different brands. As a result, manufacturers started to call their products “Grade A” to stress their quality. But it’s just a commonly used term for advertising.

How do I maintain my product?

Your carbon fiber product is durable, but it still needs care and maintenance to stay looking good. More specifically, keep the products clean, minimize exposure to the sun, and wax when necessary.

Do you offer fitting advice?

If you are having trouble fitting any of the parts you purchased from us, please contact us on [email protected] and we will be happy to offer you fitting advice.

What is your exchange/return policy?

We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We just require that the items you return are unused and remain the same condition as when you received them. If we find the products are returned with wear and tear, crash damage or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back.

What you need to do

Email us at [email protected] quoting your name and order number. We will discuss your options and provide details of where to ship the items for return.
Package your items securely using plenty of packaging material to avoid damage in shipping.
Please return your goods using the same shipping company, that we used to deliver the parts to you.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. If we are refunding we can only process the funds back to the original payment method used.
