Yes all our products are made from 100% carbon fiber. No fiberglass or any other substitute for carbon fiber is used in our shop.
Yes! All our products are made in our workshop in Ljubljana, Slovenia, EU. We do all work ourself, so we are able to guarantee that only the best materials and practices are used in making our parts. We can say that our parts are 100% made in EU, as all materials are EU sourced too.
Absolutely! We use multiple layers of premium quality automotive clear (or matt) coats on our products, which ensure that they will remain super pretty for years to come.

Your carbon fiber product is durable, as it is protected by premium quality clear coat, but it still needs care and maintenance to stay looking good. More specifically, keep the products clean, minimize exposure to the sun, and wax when necessary. You can clean it with regural automotive/motorcycle shampoos and use regural waxes and polishing pastes.
Of course! We can even say that it is recommended to protect them with ceramic coatings, as they make maintaining (cleaning) parts easier.
There is no official standard to grade carbon fiber products.</p>
Because of the way carbon fiber products are made, there can be a quite big difference on the quality among different brands. As a result, manufacturers started to call their products “Grade A” to stress their quality. But it’s just a commonly used term for advertising.
We try hard to keep our items in stock, so they can be shipped immediatelly. But due to high volume of orders, we sometimes struggle to keep them in stock. In that case, your order will be shipped in 5-10 working days (two weeks).
Once your item has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you know when to expect your order.

If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt.
We examine and double-pack every item before shipping. However handling can be awkward, and sometimes delivery staff do not handle them carefully. If you notice any damage on the package, please take multiple photos of the package immediately, so we will be able to file a claim with the delivery company. Also take photos of items inside and send them all to email@example.com
From our experiences custom offices and distribution centers can sometimes take up to 10 days to process items and allow them to move forward – this is especially noticable during holidays season (December). If your package hasn’t moved for more than 10days we can start an investigation with our post office. Our packages are very rarely lost (happens once or twice per year, and we ship from 1500-2000 packages per year), and if that happens we and post office got you covered.

We can offer Express delivery via DHL Express. Please contact us for costs.
That depends on your local laws and customs procedures.
We declare lower values on customs declarations, which will help you to reduce any custom fees to minimum – from our customers feedback, they rarely have to pay anything at all.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.), Paypal and bank (wire) transfer.
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card.
If you are still experiencing difficulties, you can try to complete your payment through Paypal (you don’t need Paypal account – just select pay with credit/debit card and follow instructions).
If you select bank (wire) transfer as your payment method, you will receive our bank account details in the confirmation email after you place your order. If you are unsure about anything regarding this method just email us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns & Warranty
We want you to love what you ordered, which is why we offer free returns*. If something is not right, please follow the directions below to make a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
1. Please contact us to initiate a return. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
2. Our support team will contact you with details for return.
3. Simply re-package the item, attach the label, and drop the package off at your nearest location (or wait for collection from courier at your location).
4. You’re done!
Please Note: Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment, and will be issued 3-4 business days after receipt of return. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
We require that the items you return are unused and remain the same condition as when you received them. If we find the products are returned with wear and tear, crash damage or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back.

Of course! You can send the product back to us, and we will provide a replacement. You will have to cover two-way shipping costs (both return and ongoing). We can also arrange collection at your location to ease the process (so you don’t have to visit post office at all).

We offer a one year standard warranty on all Carbon2race products. Our warranty covers any manufacture defects which includes fading and clear coat failure. Damage due to installation error or natural elements will not be covered. The item will have to be shipped back to our warehouse by the customer if deemed warrantable.
